Chelsea Piers: Angelia Scarfia (8th Sep. 2019)

Recently I have been looking for more curly hair models to create and make images with. I came across Angela's IG page, and I liked the vibe and style of it. Angela Scarfia is a plant based activist who exposes people to the many different plant based foods that are available to them. She also encourages others to try to discover many different fruits that they might not yet be aware of, but potentially would love if they give it a try. She hopes that by exposing people to the different plant based options, this will encourage them to aspire to pursue health diets and better quality of life. After reaching out she was excited and really wanted to make some images with me, so we came up with a theme and location for it.

She wanted a garden theme photoshoot and found a lovely location in Central Park, but Angela decided to change the location to the Chelsea Piers, because she suggested it would be a better location for us to shoot at. The weather conditions were perfect, not your typical weather conditions for September, which worked perfect for us both as we could still have a summer feel to it. There were some garden ares at the Chelsea Piers which we used to create some of the looks Angela wanted.
