New York International Auto Show 2022 (23rd Apr. 2022)

After being cancelled for two years the New York International Auto Show is finally back, and I could not be happier. The show has been a staple in New York City for 122 years, but due to the COVID pandemic in 2020 it had to be cancelled. In 2020 when there was a COVID outbreak in New York the Javits Center had to be transformed into a hospital for COVID positive patients. This location is also used for many conventions in New York, so it felt really good to be back at the Javits Center.

The show features all the top car manufacturers and the showcase all their new vehicles they would be introducing in the year to three years, and future. some of the manufactures include: Nissan, Ford, Chevrolet, Toyota, Hyundai, Dodge, Subaru, Lincoln, Volkswagen, Kia, Jeep, Chrysler, and VinFast, just to name a few. The vehicle I was most excited to see was the Porsche Taycan, I have been waiting almost two years to see this vehicle, and it looks amazing in person.

The future of the automotive industry is going to be something to look forward to especially as all the vehicles are transitioning towards electric technology. This is definitely exciting and it's going to be really good as it would have a beneficial impact on the environment.
