Riverbank State Park Pt1: Anya (9th June 2022)

I took a little break from blogging but this week I'm back, and I have a really fun set to share with you all, which I will be posting in two parts. A little over a month Anya gave me an idea of an athletic/fitness theme photoshoot she wanted me to create for her portfolio. I was immediately inspired and searched of different locations in New York City which we could used for this photoshoot.

The location we first wanted to used I found out that it was not a public court but a membership court. Nevertheless Anya recommended the Riverbank State Park, which is a public court in Harlem, which worked perfect especially as it brought a different style to the photoshoot. These public courts had basketball, tennis, handball and even a baseball field for the public to use. I was really astonished to see now this space was used to make recreational facilities available for the community to use. Anya did two look and we be featuring the tennis look in this blog, we were also able to secure a tennis racket and tennis balls which we used as props to execute this look.
